Associated 8600 Alternator & Starter Bench Tester

Alternator & Starter Bench Tester

The tester for off vehicle alternator and starter work. Compact and user friendly. All digital alternator/starter tester designed with both operator and customer in mind. Takes up little work space. Gives results from free-run starter or light-load alternator tests. The high resolution, digital control panel meter is more accurate than an analog meter and easy to read. Oversized cast aluminum vice for easy mounting of starter or alternators. Safety interlock prohibits testing unless belt-guard is in place. Double tension springs prevent belt slippage. Universal test lead is included. We suggest the purchase of the ASO8512 test lead set to make hooking up to alternators easier.
Tests all 12 and 24 volt starters
Tests alternators up to 120 Amp
Tests both internally/externally regulated alternators Specifications: Drive motor: 1/2 HP, 3500 RPM, 115V , 15 Amp Ammeter: 0-999 Amp Voltmeter: 0-32 VDC
