The VW and Audi steel spark plug boots are designed to seal and increase contact between the spark plug and spark plug wire. With this increased seal and the location of the boot, a special tool has been developed to access and remove the spark plug boot. The tool is also needed for installing by snapping the spark plug boot on to the spark plug that is in a very confined area. This spark plug boot puller and installer tool was designed in hardened stainless steel for long term service for the professional technician. The "T" handle gives the technician plenty of pulling power to remove and replace the most difficult spark plug boot.
