We try to ship all orders within 24 hours. We will contact all customers for any delays or backorders and try to estimate a ship time. Items drop-shipped from the manufacturer will take longer to ship (1 to 2 weeks).
We ship via UPS ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, FedEx and by common truck freight. We also reserve the right to ship with the carrier and method of our choosing. There is a $50.00 surcharge on any equipment items that require common freightline truck shipping (over 75 lbs. and non-UPS) to a residential address. International orders and orders being shipped to an APO are also welcome, however please call or email us for actual shipping charges.
Any items that are advertised as free shipping will ship with either UPS ground or truck freight.
We ship Monday through Friday except on Holidays. Any in-stock items ordered on Friday after 12PM Eastern time will ship on the following Monday. For information on shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii,Canada, U.S. territories and APO-FPO addresses, please contact us.
Warranties
Costplustools.com provides a 30 day guarantee on the workmanship of merchandise. After 30 days, any defect in merchandise must be addressed directly with the manufacturer of that product.

Return Policy
All returns to Costplustools.com must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You may request an RMA Number by sending an email to toolman@costplustools.com Please include the following with your request:

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return, for any reason, products that meet the following criteria:
Product is in original packaging Product is in no way damaged or missing parts RMA Number has been issued
Such returns will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, and no credit will be issued for shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error. If the merchandise you ordered has been damaged in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. It is imperative that we are contacted immediately in order for the merchandise to be returned and replaced.
Repair kits, diagnostic equipment and software-based applications are non-returnable and non-refundable.
